Revealing to us the evil one Devil, Satan (Matt. 13:19; Jn. 17:15; Eph. 6:16; 2 Thess.3:3) Men of this world hate God s light (Jn. 3:19-20) People in sin of the world (Gal. 1:4, Jn. 7:7; I Cor. 5:13, Mk. 7:21-23) Divided focus, hypercritical love, lazy service, presumptuous planning (Matt. 6:22-23; Rom. 12:9; Matt. 25:26,30; Jms. 4:13,15-16) You and me compared to God (Matt. 7:11)

Depart from Truth (I Tim. 4:1) But evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived. 2 Tim. 2:13 Hardened Conscience (I Tim. 4:2) Personal Antidotes: Understand what comprises grievous times ; ready to suffer persecution; Be grounded in the Scriptures (2 Tim. 3:1-7, 12, 14-17)
