Who is affected? Domestic violence does NOT discriminate 1 in 4 Women 1,300,000 annually 1 in 14 Men 835,000 annually 2 million injuries 1,300 deaths
Why does it matter to us? Women ages 16-24 experience HIGHEST per capita rate of intimate partner violence 21% report experiencing dating violence 13% report being forced to have sex by a partner female college students are assaulted
