  1. Religion & Worldviews Changing the name not our curriculum

  2. Why change the name? Fundamental change in our curriculum and pedagogy. Signposts our CoRE 2018 change. We study religions not making children religious.

  3. In Religion & Worldviews we study a Religion and the Worldviews it informs Religion (singular). Worldviews (plural) always with an & sign as the two are linked.

  4. A worldview and a Worldview A worldview is way of seeing, making sense of and giving ... meaning to the world . (Personal) Worldview we mean an organised worldview shared among particular groups and sometimes embedded in institutions. These include what we describe as religions as well as non-religious worldviews such as Humanism. (What we study)

  5. What it means in the classroom Embracing the complex denominations. Interconnectivity of theologies and philosophies. Some Christians or Most Muslims Changing labels on books
