6. Isaiah 53:4,5 4 Surely He has borne our griefs And carried our sorrows; Yet we esteemed Him stricken, Smitten by God, and afflicted. 5 But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed.

7. Matthew 8:17 that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying: "He Himself took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses."

8. 1 Peter 2:24 who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness by whose stripes you were healed.

32. THE CROSS WAS ONE MOMENT IN TIME, WHEN GOD SWAPPED PLACES WITH MAN, AND TOOK EVERYTHING WE DESERVED, SO THAT WE COULD RECEIVE EVERYTHING WE DO NOT DESERVE.

33. HE WAS OBEDIENT. WE WERE DISOBEDIENT.

34. HE WAS SINLESS. WE WERE SINFUL.

35. HE WAS FAITHFUL. WE WERE UNFAITHFUL.

36. HE WAS THE BELOVED. WE WERE THE CONDEMNED.

37. HE SWAPPED PLACES WITH US. HE TOOK OUR PLACE.

38. HE STEPPED INTO WHERE WE WERE, SO THAT HE COULD TAKE US TO WHERE HE WAS.

39. FOR OUR ETERNAL DEATH, HE GAVE US ETERNAL LIFE.

40. FOR OUR GUILT, HE GAVE US FORGIVENESS.

41. FOR OUR SIN, HE GAVE US RIGHTEOUSNESS.

42. FOR OUR CURSING, HE GAVE US BLESSING.

43. FOR OUR JUDGMENT, HE GAVE US FAVOR.

44. FOR OUR REJECTION, HE GAVE US ADOPTION.

45. FOR OUR SICKNESS, HE GAVE US HEALING.

46. FOR OUR BROKENNESS, HE GAVE US WHOLENESS.

47. FOR OUR SHAME, HE GAVE US GLORY.

48. FOR OUR OPPRESSION, HE GAVE US DOMINION.

49. FOR OUR SLAVERY, HE GAVE US KINGSHIP.

50. FOR OUR HELL, HE GAVE US HEAVEN.
