FAQ about CCN, from beginning to present OPUs sending out emails to CC partners Designate a point person on campuses for responding to questions Communicating with Dept. Chairs Create public-facing information on the CCN webpage HECC Staff has used a variety of platforms to communicate Transfer Council s decisions and information from Transfer Council meetings. Providing consistent, transparent, timely, and accurate information to the greatest number of stakeholders is the goal of this communication.
Updates Common Course Numbering Nominations for Subcommittee CCN Math New Co-chairs in Math and Psychology Subcommittee updates Outcomes Assessment Subcommittee is working on creating guiding questions and best practice guidelines. CCN Transfer Portal StageGate 1 artifacts submitted to DAS-EIS; Met with EIS Analyst 5/17 Baseline Project Management Plan and Scope Statement submitted to Executive Sponsors, for feedback Reviewing Deliverable Expectation Documents and Templates, for StageGate 2 Contract with North Highland amended to expire on June 30 Transfer Hub May edition of Transfer Hub was published Monday (5/15) 437 subscribers
