What is Titans Express?
We are pleased that you are interested in participating in
the CCM Dual Enrollment program.
Titans Express
is the
name of your Dual Enrollment Program. This
presentation answers the most Frequently Asked
Questions about the program.
Where will this course be taught?
Titians Express classes are taught by your high school
teachers in your high school. They are referred to as Dual
Enrollment because the course curriculum you study will
enable you to earn credit for your high school class at the
same time you are earning CCM college credits.
What is the tuition for the course?
The Titans Express classes are billed at a discounted rate of 50% of the
current In-County per credit rate of $164. This means the per credit rate
for you will be $82.
Tuition for a 3-credit course is $246
Tuition for a 2-credit course is $164.
Some school districts fund the cost of the Titans Express credits.
Contact your Guidance Counselor to learn more about this option at
your high school.
Will I receive a grade for the course?
The grade you receive in the course will be determined by your
high school teacher based on the criteria they establish. This
grade will be sent to the Office of Records and Registration at CCM
where it will be recorded as part of your academic record at the
College upon completion of the course.
Are the credits I receive for the
course “regular” credits?
The courses you take through Titans Express will be listed on your
County College of Morris college transcript, just like any other college
course.
These credits can be used to give you a jump start on your college
career at CCM. The same transfer guidelines generally apply to these
courses as they do for courses taught on the CCM campus, so these
credits may also be used if you attend another institution.
Am I considered a CCM student?
As a student enrolled in the Titans Express Dual Enrollment program you are
considered a non-matriculated (non-degree) CCM student. You will be provided
access to both the Titans Direct student portal and will be given a CCM student
email address.
These will provide the foundation for your contact with the CCM community.
All official communication from the College will be sent to your CCM email
address. Your access through the Titans Direct student portal will enable you to
pay your tuition charges and access your college transcript remotely.

Upon submission of the form, your registration will be processed, and you will be enrolled in the
program. You will be sent an email to the personal email address you provided on the form
confirming your registration for the course. You will also be provided your username and password
to access the Titans Direct Student Portal to submit your tuition payment. Additionally, you will
receive your CCM email login information. At this point, all communication going forward will be
sent to your CCM email address.
