  2. Review the schedule to be certain all persons included for whom you have questions Develop list of additional evidence required Develop list of questions for specific people, i.e. administrators, faculty, students, based on evidence, Self- Study, etc.

  3. If you are completing a program review, the curriculum is critical to review in terms of meeting international best practices, i.e., where the curriculum sits vis-a-vis the global profession Review the Self-Study to determine what to look for in physical facilities (varies based on program)

  4. START DRAFTING YOUR SECTIONS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL!! Make notes of others section; contribute to all sections

  5. Discuss all concerns with ERT members and commissioner Review all course files; confirm they meet stipulations Examine CLOs/student work, PLOs, QFEmirates Framework Examine facilities Adequacy, access, safety, supervisor, etc. Confirm all evidence from the Self-Study and get all questions answered

  6. Rely on commissioners for their expertise Work hard to get written parts completed prior to departure Goal might be to have only final editing after the exit interview
