  5. Non-fixed Activities 1-2 times a week 30 minutes - 2 hours Grocery Shopping 7 days a week 10 minutes 1 hour Housework 1 or 2 times every 2 weeks 1 hour 5 hours Hanging out w/ Friends

  6. Personal Time Personal Time Non-Fixed Activities Personal-time or me- time is important for mental health and should be made a priority. Fixed Activities
