and staff work smarter and not harder.  With the support of
internal and external partners and collaborators, institutions can
use technology to design and deliver strategic initiatives to foster
student success and degree completion.

The consortium is collaborative – frequent communication via CAB and
Client Services Manager
Provides a confidential and reliable forum to allow for best practices
sharing with peers that drives meaningful insights
Multiple platform features have evolved in response to member
feedback

Initial mapping of activities and sub-activities was labor-
intensive
Use of Key Representatives across campus
Mapping requires current Position Descriptions
Mapping process has significantly improved by using a Mapping
Index
Confidence in mapped data takes time to confirm “apples- to-
apples” comparisons
After the initial mapping of base year data, a significant amount
of Year 2 and subsequent year data can easily be migrated from
base year data
