Introduction Do you love all that yummy McDonalds, Wendy's, Burger King, Taco Bell, and Popeye s fast food? Doesn t seem like much, does it? Do you really know what is in that yummy substance we eat? Read on to find out what is really in that delicious fast food.
Meals Have you ever wondered how many calories and fat are in that big mac? 540 calories and 29 grams of fat. A Burger King Whopper has 670 calories and 40 grams of fat. One of Wendy s bacon deluxe doubles is 880 calories and 52 grams of fat. Lastly for the meals Taco Bells, Nacho Bell Grande is 770 calories and 24 grams of fat.
Sides One medium sized fry at McDonalds is 380 calories and 19 grams of fat. The onion rings at Dairy Queen: 360 calories and 16 grams of fat. A Regular Cole slaw at Popeye s is 260 calories and 23 grams of fat. If you think this is bad, we re just starting.
