Present perfect continuous
 o presente perfecto continuo es un tiempo que
usamos particularmente para hablar de una acción que comenzó en el pasado
pero continua en el presente. Se forma con el verbo 
have
 o 
has
, dependiendo
del sujeto de la oración, 
been
 (el pasado participio del verbo
 to be
) y el verbo
principal de la oración en gerundio (terminado con 
-ing
).
 
Examples : 
I am tired. I have been working in the garden.
 
Why are you so dirty? What have you been doing?
 
- for actions repeated over a period of time, when we
 
want to say how long
Examples: 
I´ve been playing tennis for 10 years.
                  
He has been learning English since he was ten.
 
 
 
Activity: Answer the following questions. Use the present
continuous tense
 
 
1)How long 
have you been learning English?
( ¿cuánto tiempo has estado aprendiendo Inglés?)
 
Answer: I have been learning English for  30 years
 
2)How long 
have you been sitting here?
(¿cuánto tiempo has estado sentada/do aquí?)
 
Answer: I have been sitting for 20 minutes
 
3)How long have you been drinking coke/tea?
 
4)How long have you been going to school?
 
5)Why are you tired? What have you been doing?
 
6)Why are your lips green? What have you been eating?
