Present perfect continuous
o presente perfecto continuo es un tiempo que
usamos particularmente para hablar de una acción que comenzó en el pasado
pero continua en el presente. Se forma con el verbo
have

del sujeto de la oración,

(el pasado participio del verbo

) y el verbo
principal de la oración en gerundio (terminado con
-ing
).
Examples :
I am tired. I have been working in the garden.
Why are you so dirty? What have you been doing?

Examples:
I´ve been playing tennis for 10 years.
He has been learning English since he was ten.

When is it used? Cu ndo lo usamos? - for an activity that has recently stopped or just stopped; there is a connection with now.
