The Owls Mistake By Kylee H Owl had always wanted to fit in, she wanted to blend in with all the others. So, she disguised herself as one of them, she put up false confidence and power. She wouldn t show anyone her true form.
The Owls Mistake By Kylee H This was a new beginning, she finally could make new friends and people would like her. She would be happier than ever before. She painted herself as one of them, an assertive eagle instead of the lonesome owl she truly was.
The Owls Mistake By Kylee H Time had passed, and everyone accepted her. They were all fooled by her magnificent disguise, no longer would she be burdened by her given form.
The Owls Mistake By Kylee H Her fa ade had put up so well that she began to forget what she truly looked like, who she truly was before all this ensued. She told herself that this is who I am now. I will never again show the weaknesses I once had.
The Owls Mistake By Kylee H But, little did she know it wasn t her decision. What she failed to understand is that the stars would not align just for one meek owl. She liked to think that she was of enough importance, she deserved to be treated with the utmost respect. Owl ignored all the bad parts of herself that were all too suddenly peeking through her thinning mask.
The Owls Mistake By Kylee H One day, Owl was with her friends and her disguise slipped from between her fingers. They stared at her with never before seen disgust and pity. Owl wanted to blame them so badly, she wanted to take revenge and get angry at them. But, what she would never admit is that she despised herself for what she did more than anyone else ever could.
The Owls Mistake By Kylee H Owl was alone again, her fa ade thrown away where it belonged. Owl grew from the experience, she had become wiser and smarter. It would take years for owl to forgive herself, but she would never forget. She had become who she was today because of what had happened, whether it be good or bad doesn t matter.
