  3. Introduction What is a consumer? An individual or organization that pays a fee to use an organization's goods or services. The final user of a purchased goods or service is referred to as a consumer. What is consumer behavior? Consumer behavior is a physiological process that is influenced by the consumer's emotions. In this process, the consumer begins by recognizing the product's need, then finds a way or a medium to meet those needs, makes buying judgments such as whether to buy or not buy a particular product, confirms the information, jots down a plan, and then executes the plan to complete the purchase. 3

  4. Factors that influence consumer behavior 1. Cultural factors. The first aspect is culture, which refers to a shared set of beliefs that an individual inherits from their ancestors and reflects in their beliefs, habits, and consumption patterns. 2. Social factors Family: The influence of the family on purchasing decisions is significant since it aids in persuading the consumer to purchase a particular product. Opinion leaders :These are those who have extensive knowledge and experience in the operation of a specific product. 4

Age: The consumer's purchase options and motives change as he gets older and his life cycle progresses, Occupation: A consumer's occupation has an impact on the items and services he or she purchases. Lifestyle and personality: People from various cultures, subcultures, jobs, and even socioeconomic classes have varied life styles. People's interests, attitudes, and activities can be confirmed by their lifestyle. Consumers' purchasing habits are influenced by their lifestyles. 4. Phycological factors. Learning: It is a somewhat permanent change in behavior that occurs as a result of prior experience. 5

  6. Motivation :Motivation is a force that encourages a customer to purchase a product. This element aids in the sales of a certain product by persuading and motivating people to take action in favor of or against the product. 6

Conclusion Many aspects and traits influence the individual's identity and the consumer's decision-making process Individuals and consumers are impacted by cultural trends as well as their social and societal environment. They are driven by their culture, subculture, socioeconomic class, organizations, family, personality, and psychological aspects, Brands can establish a strategy, a marketing message and advertising campaigns by recognizing and understanding the elements that impact their customers. 7
