Common Features No Women Rights Schools and Universities doors were closed for Female Females were not allow to do job Female were not allow to Travel alone or even get out of home alone All types of Violence increased in the country Female were equal to a commodity Force marriages and escaping girls Child Marriages and Exchange Marriages increased The famous proverb still dominated in the society ( female either should stay at home or die) Economic dependency of female and child labour
3. Situation of Afghan women after Taliban ( 2002 - 2020)
After Taliban Female still wearing Burka 2005 Generation gap, a little girl without burka and other females inside Burka 2010 Farkhonda was killed by people in public very badly for the thing which she did not committed in 2015 Female activists asking for justice to Furkhunda #JusticeForFurkhunda
Todays females asking for their rights. Nothing can shout our voice. National assembly Females have the right to join army forces and fight for their country. They are stronger then before Female are casting vote to practice democracy and choose their president while wearing the Burka to respect the culture. A group of female in a village going to caste their vote 2014 Her vote matters
The recent photos of two couples which shows a very huge age gap between husband and wife tell us that little maybe changed for females in Afghanistan. We do not know how many other couple excite like these. The other two photos are of the same time shows the changes in Female life after 2002. girls can be part of national sport teams and participate on international competitions with Afg flag.
Common Features The situation has changed little for those living in cities and are economically good conditions Women are still victims and are suffering different types of violence Educational institutions were reopen for girls but in some area still close Women re-joined offices and number of working women increased Girls were sent to foreign countries alone for higher education Women are allowed to travel alone inside and outside the country ( the place matter) International NGOs and organizations start working for women rights in the country which had/have positive results in most cases
