Booth Selection will take place in room 405-406 of
the convention center. There will be signage around
show to direct you to this room or please visit any of
our information desks.

Please show up to appointment 5-10 minutes early
to view floor plan before selecting you space.

(online) and put down booth deposit.
•
Once you arrive at the room, there will be
refreshments and information on where to go next.

If your appointment is in the top 100, please work
with your HIMSS sales account rep to schedule
some time to select your space.

Booth expansion is allowed
•
No set floor plan but need to minimize floor
slippage
•
If you do have column in booth, HIMSS will
compensate you for that column
•
Main aisle spaces should be 70% as deep as booth
is across aisle
Logistics Information
•
Hall Height is 35 feet (except under bridge) and the maximum
height for your booth is 24 feet.
•
Bridge height is 18 foot, flat ceiling with no rigging. Max booth
height is 16 feet in those areas.
•
Columns can be wrapped if in booth, but need to leave specialty
accessories (fire extinguisher medical equipment etc.) exposed
•
Big Columns are approx. 6 feet in diameter, small are approx. 2
feet in diameter
•
If hanging a sign next to the bridge, we recommend keeping that
sign under 16 feet to maximize visibility
•
Bridge will provide visibility into booths about 30 feet away from
both sides. Keep this in mind if you want private meeting areas
