Manufacturing Follow the outline on the next page for molding/machined castings if applicable; if not follow a similar format for the commodity being quoted List the critical tolerances for the components being quoted & what is the proposed inspection method Provide examples of similar parts and tolerances your facility currently produces with the historical CpK values for those dimensions If any operations will be outsourced provide the company names that will conduct the outsourced operation Allison Transmission Confidential: Business Use Only AT-1927-13 Revised 07/12/2022 5

Quality Quality metrics APQP (Advance Product Quality Planning) Typical traceability plan Provide quality control process and tools through development and production Preliminary PFMEA / Control Plan (a representative PFMEA / Control Plan may be used if part-specific not available) Provide capability data on similar parts Provide plan to address or status on open action items from Potential Supplier Assessment (New Suppliers) Training Program Describe the operator training or certification program Describe how critical operations are identified and method to ensure that only trained or certified operators are used Customer Returns Process Describe process used to manage the problem-solving activities on suspected non-conforming parts reported by ATI Include the organizational structure that manages and executes the returns process Lessons Learned from product audits, customer returns, scrap and rework (If not current supplier for part, Allison SQE to provide) Describe how Lessons Learned are captured and integrated into new designs or applicable current product lines Prevention of historical SQNs, Allison CPIT/IRT issues At a minimum include front page from 8-steps Review any questions from Supplier Quality Manual Review ability to submit an IMDS declaration before PPAP Request and review ATI best practices Best practices to be obtained from ATI SQE. Internal PPM (Parts per million), External PPM, Scrap % Internal and External PPM reduction plan per year for the last 5 years Delivery performance Certifications (i.e.. Packing and Logistics Anticipated packaging design (AT-1703) If returnable, ATI to provide AT-1703 & Supplier to confirm acceptance Need to understand alternate expendable packaging plan on parts where returnable containers are planned in case we get into a situation where we need to use an alternate pack plan Provide detail costs for returnable and expendable packaging designs If expendable packaging is used, ensure packaging dimensions are provided in AT-1703 ATI Standard Incoterms by region: United States Domestic / International: FOB Canada: EXW International Suppliers provide the warehouse name, address, and ship container load that was quoted Ship from address Make sure vendor codes, or actual ship from locations are listed if different than manufacturing facility Review AT-1700 & AT-1724 and provide a list of any questions or exceptions Specify the Tariff classification Free trade zone location Review Transportation and Routing instructions C-TPAT Certification (If available) Allison Transmission Confidential: Business Use Only AT-1927-13 Revised 07/12/2022 8
Commercial Provide and review: Completed Cost Breakdown sheets (AT-1804, AT-1810 documents) all operations must be broken down on AT-1804 If quoting with an index tracked raw material, please list the index and base quoted Letterhead Quote If applicable, list quote expiration date Tooling cost, capacity & line-ups ATI standard tooling terms and conditions are 100% paid after PPAP approval If quoting internationally VAT to be included in tooling quote and listed on AT-1810 Minimum order quantities Payment terms ATI standard domestic payment terms are Net 60 If quoting globally, please ask CM for ATI standard payment term for region Metal market program If quoting with an index tracked raw material, please list the index and base quoted List of your potential Tiered Suppliers and the selection criteria used Explain how tiered suppliers will meet capacity requirements Review long term plan for potential tiered operations Allison Transmission Confidential: Business Use Only AT-1927-13 Revised 07/12/2022 9
