  2. Portfolio (Stephen) A portfolio is a collection of documents that attest to performances and proficiencies. A portfolio is an attestation of work entries in the portfolio should have a brief description of what the selections attest to. The selections or entries should attest to particular aptitudes, knowledge, proficiencies or values. A portfolio provides evidence of dispositions, knowledge, and skills; it is a collection of evidence.

  3. What is a Teaching Portfolio? A dynamic personal documentation of continued professional development of teaching competences. It contains: Description of your profile Experience of teaching (if any) Teaching assignments Reflection Evaluation Action

  4. Why prepare a Teaching Portfolio? To assist you as a lecturer in improving your teaching competences To assist (potential) employers in assessing your teaching qualifications in connection with application for a new job or for promotion, tenure or other forms of career enhancement

  5. Teaching Portfolio in ED 2216 Thia is an assignment that will be assessed at the end of this course. It should be an on-line teaching Portfolio written by you based in the experince have through this course.
