TDTMS TDTMS Update ERCOT Updates SCR 817 clarification to business requirements when a drop down is not applicable for an unexecutable reason, comments will be required to transition the MT Cancel w/ Approval; radio button (billing corrections) for Usage & Billing-Dispute will prompt upon transition to complete MT Template for Client Services follow up to the RMS question regarding REP outreach informing REPs of reports and data available for review; a template will be developed for Client Services use as they meet with assigned REPs: REP Assigned # Monthly IAG report available at RMS Links for the two Inadvertent Gain analyses (July 19 to July 20 & July December 2021) Additional subtype analysis performed at the end of 2022 New Meeting Schedule moving to make room for MCL and TXSET to share the day

TDTMS TDTMS MarkeTrak Subtype Volume Analysis End of Year 2022 Observations: Inadvertent Losing subtype has remained the front-runner since 2017 Inadvertent Gain has seen a decline latter half of 2022 Switch Hold Removals appear to be seasonal with higher volumes the last half of the year could also be attributable to Covid and Uri moratoriums in place Usage & Billing Missing & Disputes spike when TDU has major effort system conversion/3G remediation Other bucket continues to drop since BUSIDRRQ to AMS profile efforts near conclusion Projects subtype remains elevated; expected decline when new Meter Cycle Change Request subtype is added with SCR817
