Talent Match is a project funded by the BIG Lottery aiming to support young people aged 18-24 facing unemployment and additional barriers to employment in the Black Country region. The project focuses on providing mentoring, skills development, work experience, and job opportunities to empower and engage the target audience. With a strong governance structure and tailored support, Talent Match aims to enhance confidence, motivation, and employment outcomes for the participants.
