Supporting Families with Children's Mental Health Challenges in East Sussex
Offering support for parents/carers of children struggling with mental health in East Sussex, the organization provides a holistic approach and a range of services including counseling, wellbeing support, and yoga. They work with various institutions and have seen an increase in referrals due to issues like anxiety, ADHD, self-harm, and family dynamics, filling the gap for families not eligible for CAMHS or facing long wait times.

Ive met some great people who listen to you without being judgmental. It s so lovely that Holding Space are supporting families through this difficult time. Thank you so much for your support, advice and just being there. Being a parent doesn t come with a manual and it is so easy to feel that you are struggling alone. Holding space provides the emotional support for parents without any fear of being judged. Thank you Hansa for recognising the need for this service. I felt so lost and alone. I felt what have I done wrong? I was so worried about my daughter. The support group has made such a difference. Just talking with someone who has a similar problem, helped me so much. It s amazing the difference it makes, just talking with someone who understands
