Support for Hosting Activities and Transition Strategies in Private Accommodation for People Fleeing Ukraine
This programme, funded by DG HOME, aims to provide reception through private accommodation to individuals fleeing Ukraine. It involves operationalizing EUAA recommendations, transitioning towards sustainable housing solutions, and fostering stakeholder engagement for implementing good practices in hosting activities. The project includes vetting hosts, matching them with displaced individuals, and supporting the transition to independent accommodation. Stakeholders work on needs assessment, referral mechanisms, and quality assurance to ensure safe and suitable housing options.
