Presenters will discuss: Succession planning and professional development with limited budget resources for personnel Succession planning for good transitions How to provide professional development to meet staff and program needs

  6. Keep at Lead Agency or Implementing Entity? Loss of IPAT staff, AT knowledge and skills Difficulty in hiring replacement One of many transitions Easter Seals Iowa as Implementer made sense!!! Already doing many IPAT activities More centrally located & in state capital Better physical set up Fewer bureaucracy barriers
