OTHER REMINDERS FOR SPRING PACKAGING

Pay attention to the student COA Budget and if they are a spring only package, there
shouldn’t be any budget components for fall. If you need to update a student’s COA
budget to clear out any remaining fall budget components.
Other reasons a student’s spring package may need to be adjusted:
EFC Change
MFI Change
Term Change – Fall only to now a full year
LO flagged

IMPLEMENTATION OF NRC (NO RECORD COVID)
GRADE EFFECTIVE FALL 2020

Essentially this is a late withdrawal and can be excluded from being factored in for SAP Appeal
Processing.
Students can appeal for a retroactive NRC in place of a previous “W” that was processed
earlier in the semester
NRC Requests are processed by the Registrar’s Office through an online form request.
Students can request to have an NRC grade changed back after initially requesting an NRC
Grade.
Final Grades are due 12/22/20
NRC Grade Processing deadline – 1/6/21

OTHER UPDATES
