  10. Foreign Language Foreign Language 2 Units/Credits ** Foreign Language is not required to graduate. However, two consecutive years of the same foreign language is an admission requirement for four year universities. ** Foreign Language Choice Spanish

  11. Total Minimum Credits Needed for Graduation : 23 English 4 Math 4 Science 4 Social Students 3.5 PE/Health 1 Required Pathway Elective 3 Foreign Language 2 (for College Bound) Electives 1.5

  12. Credits Needed for Next Grade Promotion 5 credits needed to be promoted to 10thgrade 11 credits needed to be promoted to 11thgrade 16 credits needed to be promoted to 12thgrade

  13. TIPS Pass All Your Classes - Work hard on day one to get good grades and build a strong foundation. Utilize a planner - Writing down your assignments and due dates will help you stay organized. The planner will provide a visual of everything you need to do. Keep Track of Your Grades - Student Portal should be used to keep track of your grades, attendance, and have access to teacher emails. Keep Lines of Communication Open With Teachers - Don t be afraid to ask for help when you need it. - Be a self advocate for some things. If absent, communicate with teacher and ask for make-up/missed assignments. Get Involved - Join clubs in which you have a common interest and shared values with other students. Don t be afraid. Lastly ENJOY YOUR HIGH SCHOOL YEARS
