Step 1
 
 
 
 
New athletes: 
Create and account (
one account per
household 
- this account should belong to the
parent/guardian)
 
Returning athletes:
 Log into your account
 
Step 2
 
 
 
Register child(ren) for sports and/or activities
 
 
Returning athletes: 
Log into your account and verify your
profile information. Once you have done this, please
register for the current year and sport.
 
 
 
Step 3
 
 
 
New Athletes: 
Upload documents to your account
 
 
Returning athletes:
 Upload current documents to your
account.

Note, if you cannot advance past the section on health insurance due to student purchased School Insurance, Please call
the 
Athletics Clerk

When it’s time to clear for your student’s particular sport,
s/he must bring the 
3 original documents
 you uploaded to
registermyathlete 
AND
 the filled out 
control sheet
 to the
Athletic Clearance window #2 (at ASB) in exchange for

Remember it is against CUHSD policy to participate in any sporting activities
