What Our Service Provides Our Staff Team have a background of Nursing, Counselling, Social Work, Psychology and lived experience. Town Centre Shop front Wellbeing Centres Fareham. Gosport Monday Tuesday and Thursday. 1-1 sessions Structured DBT / CBT Based Workshops Young Person s Service- 19-25 (14-18 new upturn project ) Physical health programme, Walking , Running, Yoga Family and Friends Service / Carers 1-1 and Support Groups Tuesday evenings until 8.00pm for Clients who are currently working
