3. Spring Semester Meeting Dates Remaining Meeting Dates: January 22nd(today February 19th March 25th This will be officer elections! More details to come in the next meeting Officer Transition Meeting - Date TBD ) ALL meetings will take place from 6pm-8pm (not really just have the room until then) in ESB- G39 !! 3

4. SWE Points Rewards System - Spring Semester Edition! We will keep track of attendance to all events and give a certain number of points for each event. Make sure you always sign in/out! The person with the most points at the end of the semester will get choice of reduced SWE conference pricing, choice of SWE gear, or gift card. (~$25 value) 1pt Meetings, bringing a new student to a meeting/event 2 pts - Social events, professional development events, bringing a grad student to a meeting/event 3 pts Any event that counts for SAC hours, fundraising events 4

7. Engineering Formal Date: Saturday Feb 22nd Place: Whisper Nightclub Time: 9-11 pm Chick fil a nuggets and Casa will be catered!! Drink specials for those who are 21 Anyone can go NOT just engineering majors bring your friends! Attire: casual cocktail dresses for girls and for guys khakis and a button up are appropriate 7

Quick Tips to Crush the Career Fair When : Wednesday January 29th Where : Rec Center When : 10:00 am - 3:00 pm Quick Tips : Have an elevator pitch ready Bring ample copies of your resume Be prepared to give a quick rundown of the information you have on your resume If called in for an interview, research the interviewers on LinkedIn and the company Be prepared for behavioral-based and technical interview questions 10
