Short less formal structure (more social for evening meetings). Speakers: maintain variety and high quality speakers. Less speakers about donations more inspirational stories. Better speakers at night meetings. Engaging speakers or use reserve members who can give a quick talk on their interests or experiences Nothing is run well Maintain a non political stance More variety for food options They are great (multiple)
