Resources Veterans GHAP Funded through the Document Recording Fee (DRF); Initially passed in 2009 In 2013 the DRF was increased and a 25% set-aside for Veterans was established; Veterans NOFAs issued every other-year In 2018 the DRF was tripled; continuing a 25% set-aside for Veterans: Veterans NOFAs to be issued annually Veterans GHAP offerings: 2015 NOFA: funded two veterans projects with 28 units 2017 NOFA: funded five veterans projects with 75 units note: since 2015 OHCS has funded 16 projects with veteran unit set-asides 2019 NOFA: programmed into this Gap NOFA, recommending funding six projects with a Veterans set-aside

Large scale new development Applications: Four proposals requesting for 619 units Recommendations: Two projects with 316 units; one project serving Veterans Rural Small scale new or preservation projects Applications: Four proposals for 53 units Recommendations: Three projects, 29 units, all serving Veterans Urban Small scale new or preservation projects Applications: Six proposals for 125 units Recommendations: Five projects, 90 units, 4 projects serving Veterans
