Land owner A / apartment owner M case Legal background: 1. Anna owns the land and of the house on it 2. Maria owns of the house on Anna s land 3. The parties litigate for 5 years about how much rent pay Maria shall pay to Anna for using the land (under house and for storage of car) 4. For 2 years Anna has put legal / not so legal obstacles fo Maria to use the land Mediation result: 1. The parties without lawyers agree on divided use of the land, talks about events in the past 2. The parties agree on the rent pay for the historical use of the land and to the future 27.11.2024 2
Airport X Renter Y case Legal background: 1. Litigation for 4 years in the 1st instance court 2. Appeal submitted to the 2nd instance court 3. Renter hasn t reached results promised in the rent agreement and asks to compensate caused losses, as well as to terminate rent agreement 4. Airport disagrees to terminate the rent agreement and asks to pay full rent pay for previous years Mediation result: 1. Parties agree to terminate the rent agreement 2.
