1.
Rates are subjected to change in case of any increase in the minimum wages or statutory contribution
as announced by the Govt. of India at any time during the contractual period.
2.
National/ Public Holidays shall be charged extra at actuals.
3.
The billing cycle will be from 1st of the month to 30th/ 31st of the month.
4.
Monthly bills shall be payable by the client within 1 week from date of invoice submitted
5.
 
Tools, Consumables required for carrying out all the above activities can be provided by Radiance,
charged on actuals
6. Third party verification shall be charged extra at actuals, if required by client.
7.  Basic amenities like Office Space, Tables, Chairs, Desktop, Printer/Copier, Internet connection, drinking
water, staff washrooms, staff refreshments etc. shall be provided by Client.
8. For Facility manager, the salary package may vary as per the skills & expertise.
9. Festival bonus will be borne by the client.
10. For any outsourced services, the client will pay directly to the particular vendor on a monthly basis.
