Senior Freshman Sophomore Junior Senior Summer Stay Summer Finish Summer Start To be piloted in Summer 2017 Scholarship money targeted at students who can finish August rather than December or May by taking better advantage of the previous spring and summer semesters Goal for Summer 2017 TBD Piloted in Summer 2016 for 100 sophomore and junior students Students were scholarshipped to take six nine credit hours Each student completed a minimum of 140 hours of on-campus research and internship experiences Goal for Summer 2017 150 students Piloted in Summer 2016 for 180 incoming conditionally-admitted first- year students Students completed seven credits in a five-week session, averaging a 3.3 GPA Goal for Summer 2017 300 students with a conditional/opt-in mix
