Criminal Investigation:

investigation is ongoing and no further information is anticipated for release at this time.
The investigation is being conducted by the  (investigating agency).
Vehicle Crash:
The _______ County Coroner’s Office was notified to respond to (hospital) in (City) on (date of
response) regarding an individual who had been involved in a vehicle crash (location of
incident).
(Name of deceased) was transported to (hospital) following the incident for treatment to
injuries sustained during the incident. He/She succumbed to his/her injuries on (date).
The incident is under investigation by the (investigating agency).
Vehicle Crash:
(Name of deceased) was transported to (hospital) on (date) where he was pronounced at
