Individual workshop with promotor Information about getting course credit
Obligatory course From I to VIII semester 15 h/semester Credit with grade at the end of academic year But discussion with course coordinator at the end of each semester (online) Course coordinator: Prof. dr hab. Katarzyna Stolarz-Skrzypek
Form The PhD student submits a completed form to the DSMHS office until the end of the semester. The PhD student is obliged to maintain a portfolio documenting the conduct of individual workshops with the supervisor, which is submitted to the DSMHS office together with the report form. The PhD student keeps the portfolio through the whole period of studies at DSMHS. Then, the portfolio is stored for at least one academic year in the unit where the research topic has been implemented.

Portfolio All documents produced during/as a results of cooperation with promoter Drafts or copies of final versions: bioethics committee applications, conference abstracts, application for funding or mobility, prepared publication(s); PhD student report on research methods or research results
Meeting with the course coordinator Formal check of the form PhD student presents his/her cooperation with the promotor during last semester Presentation of the attachements from the portfolio (electronic version or show-up to the camera) Additional questions from the course coordinator, usually concerning publication status or funding application status.
