Overview of Pennsylvania Office of Open Records Webinar

The Pennsylvania Office of Open Records (OOR) is hosting a webinar where participants can submit questions related to the Right-to-Know Law (RTKL). The webinar will cover recent court decisions, jurisdiction cases, privacy rights, confidentiality statutes, agencies subject to the RTKL, third-party contractors, specificity issues, and fee matters. Resources for both agencies and requesters are available on the OOR website.
