  2. Review of National Coordinator Well-Being Survey Results Survey was emailed to 11,000 Coordinators/Managers in August of 2022 6,372 individuals responded to at least one survey item 92.4% of respondents identified as Female 69% White, 12.4% Latinx, 10.1% African American

  10. Flourishing Questions Domain 1: Happiness and Life Satisfaction. Overall, how satisfied are you with life as a whole these days? In general, how happy or unhappy do you usually feel? Domain 2: Mental and Physical Health. In general, how would you rate your physical health? How would you rate your overall mental health? Domain 3: Meaning and Purpose. Overall, to what extent do you feel the things you do in your life are worthwhile? I understand my purpose in life. (Responses are all 0 to 10 scale)

  11. Flourishing Questions Domain 4: Character and Virtue. I always act to promote good in all circumstances, even in difficult and challenging situations. I am always able to give up some happiness now for greater happiness later. Domain 5: Close Social Relationships. I am content with my friendships and relationships. My relationships are as satisfying as I would want them to be. Domain 6: Financial and Material Stability. How often do you worry about being able to meet normal monthly living expenses? How often do you worry about safety, food, or housing?

  12. Community Well-Being Questions Everyone in the residency program trusts one another. Those in authority have the skills and understanding they need to lead the residency program well. The residency program has structures and practices that allow it to accomplish its goals. Everyone is satisfied with the way things are in our medical residency program. Our residency program's shared purpose or mission is clear to everyone. (Responses: 0= Strongly Disagree to 10= Strongly Agree)
