will be issued.

Tennessee Data: 2015 Occupational Fatality Investigations Struck By Falls Slip/Falls (same elevation) Crushed/Caught Between Electrocution Thrown From Equipment Overturned Equipment 12 7 2 5 4 2 2 Total 34 These are fatalities investigated by Tennessee OSHA. These do not include work related automobile accidents, self-employed workers, criminal acts, and other workplaces outside TOSHA jurisdiction. In 2014 157 workers were killed including 59 transportation incidents.
