NHID is grateful for a successful year with program updates, new initiatives like MI-HOPE, and exciting plans for 2023, including the next phase of MI-HOPE, MSHDA.Mod applications, NEP Round 8 announcements in spring, and NEP Round 9 in fall. Holiday Greetings From NHID Thank You For A Great Year Angela, Rachel, Alison, Loryn, Renee, Pierre, Jim Tracey, Jodi, Tonya, Ann and Ryanne (not pictured)
We have had several program changes this year including: Creation of the MI-HOPE Program for energy-efficiency home repair Identification of five SHRP Pilot Projects to begin construction in 2023 NEP Round 8 increased home repair limit to up to $10,000 per property with no lien restrictions MSHDA Mod has been formally established as a permanent program The 3D pilot project has identified a site, started footings and pouring of walls for 2023 completion
There has been a lot happening in NHID and we look forward to 2023 and all of the opportunity it will bring. Plans for 2023 include: MI-HOPE Phase 2 subrecipient applicant window (Jan 9 Feb 9) MSHDA Mod applicant window (Jan 15 March 1) NEP Round 8 Award Announcements (Spring 2023) and NEP Round 9 (Fall 2023).
