Applicants Applicant pool Neurology: Vascular, Neurocritical Care Neurosurgery Radiology: Diagnostic Neuroradiology, Interventional Radiology Special considerations requested Allow for one- and two- year fellowship offerings Line up with Vascular Neurology match timeline (facilitate application in back-to-back years) Line up with any Neurosurgery match timeline (esp. skull base/onc, peds)

The Match Platform Application via ERAS Match via NRMP Need endorsement from each institution s ACGME Designate Institutional Official Sponsor (for agreement and coordination with NRMP/ ERAS) SNIS Task Force representation SNIS, SVIN, JCVS Commits to equal number of training positions recognized by each parent specialties

ACGME DIO approval Cost Program: $485 for 1st fellowship position, and $85 for each additional fellow Candidates: Application fee to ERAS for 20 programs, then extra per program
