  3. Mission To provide quality and professional service to the NTU community, especially fast response and timely solutions to customer needs and questions. Providing access, support, privacy, and security to all of the University's IT customers. Improving the effectiveness of IT services and sharing IT resources across NTU. Supporting NTU s mission, goals, and values. Coordinating IT planning and communication for better use of resources. Ensuring the development and sustainability of high IT standards for NTU.

  4. IT Policy Students using computers at NTU are expected to follow the Information Technology policy and procedures. In using NTU email, the Internet Services, or any Institute software or hardware, the student does so with the understanding that this technology has been provided by NTU and is the property of NTU. Navajo Technical University reserves the right to review and monitor the use of hardware and software belonging to the school or personal equipment utilized on school premises. Such rights include the auditing of documents sent, received or viewed through the Internet and email. Students have not right to privacy regarding materials stored, kept, sent, or received on NTU hardware, software or personal equipment maintained on school premises.

  5. Working Remotely As all educational institutions are moving to remote working from home for the safety of students and faculty, so is Navajo Technical University.   6. SSO/Skyhawk Email/Moodle/MYNTU Accounts SSO- Single Sign On -One username and password to log you into all apps below. How to Request for an Account setup -Please email its@navajotech.edu and include SkyHawk Email- To communicate with NTU staff members. 1.) Your First and Last Name 2.) Your Student ID number Moodle- Online Learning tool 3.) Let us know if you are a New or Returning student. MYNTU-Resource to check grades, schedule, print unofficial transcript and register.

  7. Laptop and Hotspot Checkout How to Checkout a Laptop and Hotspot How to Purchase a Laptop 1.) Fill out check out form 1.) Visit the NTU Book Store let them know you will be purchasing a laptop. Link: https://forms.gle/mbK6kcCnxpiGfb5m9 2.) A receipt will be provided to you. 2.) Email its@navajotech.edu letting us know you will be checking out a laptop. Please email us with your Skyhawk email. Provide your first and last name with student ID number. 3.) Bring that receipt to our department and we will provide you with a laptop. 3.) Come on over to the IT Department to retrieve a laptop or a hotspot. *Laptop Price: $500.00. May be purchase through approved financial aid or pay full with cash. *At the end of the semester please check back in all borrowed equipment to the IT department.
