Muggie Maggie By Beverly Cleary Presentation by Corinne Walker
Chapter 1 Maggie is coming home from school. Maggie doesnt know how to do cursive. Maggie told her mom she will not learn cursive.
Chapter 2 The students are learning cursive. The teacher asked Maggie to stay after school. Maggie is looking at her parents cursive writing.
Chapter 3 Maggie made messy cursive letters. Maggie was talking to the principal. Maggie was home and Maggie told her mom everything.
Chapter 4 Everyone wondsered Maggie would give in and write. Maggie decides to write her name like a grownup. Everyone shouted Muggie Muggie.
Chapter 5 Ms.Madden gave Maggie a pen. Maggie wrote a sloppy thank you note. Maggie was ashamed.
Chapter 6 Maggie noticed Mrs.Leeper talking to an other teacher. Maggie was the helper. She couldn t read the note. It was in cursive.
Chapter 7 Maggie was sent to take more messages. Maggie practiced cursive. Maggie told her parents to work on their cursive.
Chapter 8 Mrs.Leeper thinks Maggie can do cursive. Mrs.Leeper gave her a hug. Maggie wrote Kirby a note in cursive.
