  2. Mount Shibboleth One Week Challenge You can do anything for ONE week! 8 Days 24 Meals Mission:Help both the new Family Member and the experienced Shibboleth Lifestyle Enthusiast get and keep the MOMENTUM!

  3. Mount Shibboleth Rules & Scope We will make mindless eating a thing of the past well at least for one week! These rules may seem a bit silly, but the GOAL is to make sure that you are aware of every single bite. Mount Shibboleth has the potential to be a game changer for you. Getting started is half the battle. After one PERFECT Round you will feel like a winner and you will believe that you can achieve any goal you set for yourself!

  4. Mount Shibboleth Scope SMALL One week. That s it. If you can t make it one week without putting one poisonous bite in your mouth then life isn t getting in the way, You just aren t ready to lose weight and adopt lasting change. OR, perhaps FOOD has become your GOD and you need to spend some time in prayerful repentance and getting your focus back on the ONE who can help you with this.

  5. Mount Shibboleth Scope SUSTAINABLE This isn t a difficult challenge. It is sustainable for one week. There will be enough protein on the meal plans in order for you to preserve muscle and metabolism. You can have up to 3 meals each day. Breafast, Lunch and Dinner. We aren t eating bread and water or skipping meals here. Three meals each day for 1 week is easy if you have things right with Him and you have your WHY.

  6. Mount Shibboleth Scope SUPER RESULTS What you are going to get. Depending on how much weight you have to lose, you can expect 5, 10 or even more pounds in only 1 week of climbing Mount Shibboleth. After those kind of results you are Super Fired Up! Right?

  7. Mount Shibboleth Rules You must eat only from the list of meals, snacks, freebies and extras given. A choice from any of these lists = 1 meal (If you want to eat something from the snacks , you must count that as one of your meals. If a meal listed is not pre-packaged then you must eat from a 6 8 plate. Portions must be strictly controlled.

  8. Mount Shibboleth Rules Upon eating your first meal of the day, you must wait 6 hours before eating another meal, snack or extra. You must go to bed on an empty stomach which means your last meal must be 3 hours before you go to bed. If you will be going to bed earlier, you should skip the meal and just go to bed. *You can have a protein shake immediately before bed IF you miss the 3 hour window. Unless you are under a Doctor s care and have been told you are unable to walk, then you must walk each day for at least 30 minutes.

  9. Mount Shibboleth Rules If you are exercising intensely in some other way, then you must still walk for 30 minutes. You must drink to 1 gallon of water each day You must take Zero Drag Vitamin Plus or your whole food vitamin You must post a video each day of you sweating and getting your walking in as an act of accountability

  10. Mount Shibboleth Rules Post your videos at www.facebook.com/mountshibboleth Only general questions will be answered and then hidden from view of trolls. If trolls ask questions please refer them to the proper lifestyle components. You must weigh each morning or not at all. You can wait until the end of the challenge to weigh. Posts should state your name, day of challenge, and how much total weight loss you have experienced for the week.

Mount Shibboleth Meal Options Egg White Omelet with spinach and fat free cheese 2 pkgs of Healthwise/Proti Oatmeal Proti Hot Chocolate with 1 tsp of Ghee butter 1.5 Cups Nutritious Living Hi Lo cereal with Kroger Carbmaster Milk or Egg Whites International Shibboleth Shrink Shake or Approved Shibboleth Shake 2 Eggs and 2 Reduced Fat Jimmy Dean turkey sausage 1 pkg AHS Pancakes

  14. Mount Shibboleth Meal Options Greek Plain Yogurt with Advocare Spark Greek Plain Yogurt with other flavoring. Egg Whites and Fat Free Cheese with a La Tortilla Factory Tortilla French Toast Recipe 2 Fat Free Turkey Franks with or w/o a La Tortilla Factory Tortilla Quest or Victory Bar

  15. Mount Shibboleth Meal Options Egg Whites with 1 pkg AHS Pancakes Breakfast Cheesecake 2 x 4 piece (Recipe) Wendys chili Wendys chili over salad Grilled Chicken Nuggets and Side Salad; only calorie free condiments Seafood Slimming Soup (Recipe)

  16. Mount Shibboleth Meal Options Homemade Hemp Bar; 2 x4 (Recipe) Fish and Broccoli, Cabbage, Squash, Okra, etc; you can bread your meats and vegetables in TVP if desired. Chicken and Broccoli, Cabbage, Squash, Okra, etc; you can bread your meats and vegetables in TVP if desired. Salad with 3 Tbsp of Hemp Hearts and Category 2 Veggies.

  17. Mount Shibboleth Meal Options Explore Asian Noodles Artisan Bistro Bakes Healthwise Meals Vitalicious Pizza Vitalicious Sandwich La Tortilla Factory Tortilla wrap with turkey or chicken; fat free cheese can be added Bran Crisp and Fat Free Cheese Advanced Health Systems Mac and Cheese with 2 ounce Lean Ground Meat Advanced Health Systems Fettucini with 3 ounce can of Tuna

Mount Shibboleth Meal Options Kraut and 4 ounces of Turkey Kielbassa 2 Packages of Cheesesteak Pasta 1 package of Cheesesteak Pasta with 13 beanitos 13 beanitos with 1/2 cup of bean dip Travis favorite fat burning Salmon with a broccoli 2 packages of Healthwise Chips or Krinkles 3 packages of Chocolite snacks 1 Pint of Artic Zero; you may also add 1/4 - 1/2 pint of Arctic zero to any approved shake for taste. 1/4 of a P28 flat with turkey pepperoni and fat free cheese; can prepare in 100% MCT Oil or Pam

  19. Mount Shibboleth Meal Options 1/4 of a P28 Flat with turkey and fat free cheese; can prepare in 100% MCT Oil or Pam Baked Chicken and Spinach Floutas recipe. 4 ounces of shellfish and a category 2 vegetable.

  20. Mount Shibboleth Meal Options Restaurants No wine, beer, or alcohol of any type. If you are in a social setting you can have up to 8 ounces of wine with a salad and Grilled Chicken only. Use no dressing or zero calorie dressing it is best to leave off the empty calories. When eating out, it is best to choose a salad with grilled chicken or grilled salmon. Do not eat more than 1/2 of the restaurant serving size.

  21. Mount Shibboleth Meal Options Other You can use any Nutrition Rep or Recharge meal plan in a given day. You can use any recipe from the Digital recipe book, but remember to portion your meal on a 6-8 plate.
