TACSO3 members position? CPCD: applied on TACSO 3, there is still no any reply TUSEV: TUSEV and national resource center in Turkey will work together through another EU funded project to promote civil society public sector cooperation including areas monitoring the CSDev. CI: We prefer to be RC again, but we do not know will it be include in our future grant. KCSF: No connection and no information whatsoever. PA: The call for RC in Albania is not open yet MCIC: We are national resource center and will be the partner for regional TACSO
TACSO3 BCSDN position? Active involvement It depends on the current agenda of TACSO3 Outsourced service provider for monitoring of the EU Guidelines as well as relevant regional actor for the CSDev area Play a proactive role as a stakeholder in civil society development in the Western Balkans by requiring from the EC for transparency on its approach for TACSO 3, as well as consultation of relevant stakeholders (including BCSDN) in the design of TACSO 3. Regardless of the TACSO3, BCSDN should continue with the MM To try to be a partner and undertake the activities related to the regional reports for enabling environment and in general the monitoring of the implementation of the EU Guidelines

SIDA SIDA (outline submitted) BCSDN Proposal: Protecting Civic Space- Regional Civil Society Development Hub Envisioned that BCSDN Members are to be subcontracted by BCSDN EO to: Aggregate data on Enabling Environment in their country to use when advocating for civic space; Aggregate data on CSO accountability performance in their country to use when advocating for civic space; EUR 80.000 per country/per year (EUR 60.000 research EUR 20.000 overhead)
Grants to the Western Balkans (2018) Grants to the Western Balkans (2018) Norway Norway (Deadline 17.04.2018) The Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced a CfP under the grant scheme for the Western Balkans (AL, BiH, KS, MK, MN, SR) to contribute to lasting stability and democratic development. Project cooperation is an important component. The call does not apply to country-specific initiatives in Macedonia and Montenegro. However, these countries can take part in regional/cross-border cooperation. Priority areas (https://grants.mfa.no/#call/921/details): Reconciliation and transitional justice. Human rights, gender equality and non-discrimination. Freedom of speech Combating organized crime and corruption. Cross-border cooperation based on the country specific priorities defined above. Proposal BCSDN to apply for the grant with WB members which are interested, advocacy goals to be related to Area 1 of the Matrix
EEA & Norway Grants Fund for Regional EEA & Norway Grants Fund for Regional Cooperation Cooperation (Deadline: 01.07.2018) Within this CfP (concept phase), regional cross-border and transnational project ideas focusing on soft measures like knowledge-sharing, the exchange of good practice and capacity building within all priority areas will be considered. The Fund seeks innovative project ideas that propose new solutions to common challenges. The available budget under this call is EUR 15 million, while proposed projects shall not be less than EUR 1 million. There is no maximum grant amount per project. The project should be led by EEA beneficiary country, in our case Slovenia, Romania, Croatia. Turkey and Western Balkan countries are eligible except for Kosovo. Proposal CNVOS to apply with BCSDN members from eligible countries, consortia to incl. at least 1 more beneficiary country Romania or Croatia.
