Customer Personae List key customer personae (e.g Dev, Ops, DBA, etc) Mark economic buyer personae with (EB) Partner Contact Name Email Phone (optional) Provide generic email ID too, if you have one Competitors: List key competitors Key Customers List top customers (max 7), if possible, link customer names to case studies

MongoDB Partner << Partner Logo>> Value Drivers Joint Value Proposition (After Scenario) Value to MongoDB e.g. Reduce TCO Mention impact/positive business outcomes of the solution. e.g. Automate deployment processes to cut operational cost by 20%. If possible, quantify the impact Specify business arrangement: co- sell, re-sell, OEM, etc. Also point out what MongoDB sales team can leverage out of the partnership (e.g increase consumption of MongoDB licenses by ) Discovery Questions list 5-7 questions to help in discovery Relevant MongoDB Product Mention relevant MongoDB product: Ops Manager, Atlas, Compass, Enterprise, BI Connector, Resources List partner company or joint resources, such as solution briefs, whitepapers, datasheets, demos, etc. When to Engage / When NOT to Engage Specify when to engage and when not to engage (e.g. Fortune 100 enterprises hosting 10+ applications in data center. or Do NOT engage for public cloud deployments) Key Use Cases: Mention top joint use case. If possible, embed links.

  4. MongoDB Partner Overview: Integration / Joint Solution How it works? Mention how the solution works or main integration points Benefits / Features List benefits or/and features of the joint solution. Insert Solution Diagram, if needed. Provide links to any docs.
