  1. Stage 3 Term 3 - Week 9 Monday 6th of September 2021

  2. Week 9 Spelling Lists Look Cover Write check your spelling words in your book. Record your list words using red for the consonants and blue for the vowels. Then complete an activity from the spelling choice board.

  4. Spelling (20 minutes) - Look Cover Say Write Check your words. Complete an activity from the Spelling Choice Board.

  5. Fruit Break/ Brain Break: Grab a piece of fruit or have a 10 minute break to go outside reset, refresh and restart.

  6. Read works and Read Theory Complete the reading passage and comprehension questions that have been provided by your class teacher in the google classroom. This should take you 40-45 minutes to complete.

It was a daily list of announcements that were carved into metal or stone and displayed publicly. Australia's earliest newspaper, the Sydney Gazette and New South Wales Advertiser, was first printed in 1803. In 2020, the newspaper industry was valued at 2.24 billion dollars in Australia. On July 1, 1822, the Bombay Samachar was published from Bombay. This is now the longest- running and oldest print newspaper today!

  30. Maths - DIVISION By using the inverse operation, we can check the accuracy of our answers. Calculate the number sentences below by first using the inverse operation. For example for no.1 1056 divided by 3 = 352 so 352 x 3 = 1056. Be sure to show your working out and send a photo to your teacher. Use the division algorithm to calculate the answers eg: 1. 1056 divided by 3 2. 5432 divided by 7 Show your working out. Send a photo of your work to your teacher.
