  1. Monday Morning Safety Minute Week 3 July 20, 2020

  2. Prevention starts with each and every one of us, and the small actions we take every day to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Continue to practice proper hand hygiene practices and follow respiratory etiquette. Signage on hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette has been posted throughout municipal offices, buildings and facilities. Whether you are working in a municipal facility or from home, remember to follow these practices:

  3. Wash your hands. Wash your hands often using soap and water. Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds each time. Sanitize your hands. Sanitize your hands regularly with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that has at least 60% ethyl alcohol content.

  4. Cover you coughs. Practice respiratory etiquette by sneezing and coughing into your arm. Stay home if you are feelings sick. Don t touch your face. Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
