OPENNESS We will be as open and honest as possible without disclosing others (family, neighbours, and friends) personal or private issues. Simply put, it can be explained as the skills someone has to cope with challenges, realise their own potential, feel able and optimistic and build relationships with others and society.

MIND MINDOUT MindOut: Student Perspectives each week there was something to learn new great learned fun, a lot it helped me feel more positive good and informative, I hope more students can experience it this programme is very good at providing help and advice people and helps them view in a different perspective good with very lots programme of information mental about to young wellbeing things
