If you need commercial presence: Branch office of Foreign Trade Company Agent Contract Corporations Application requirements for the creation of branches according to Decree 206 of 1996: - 5 year establishment in their country of origin - 3 year of stable business with Cuba and a minimum of US$500,000 business volume per year with Cuban enterprises - Registered capital of US$50,000
CECMED is the Drug Regulatory Authority of the Republic of Cuba and it is responsible for promoting and protecting public heath through a regulatory system capable to ensure timely access to market products with quality, safety, efficiency and information true to their rational usage.
