Budget Remediation OPTIONs 3/20/2025 Increase Revenue: Generate more wRVUs to offset lower $/wRVU Will also increase MD wRVU support Improve revenue cycle performance, e.g. reduce denials, increase copay, etc. Reduce Expense: Reduce non-salary expenses (lower spending, find other sources of funding) Reduce personnel expenses Other Ideas? 14
