Nov 26 Refresher if needed Nov 26-Dec 1st SPA portal opens accepts applications for Preliminary SOQ s 1-3 week review by DOER for approvals. Jan 2019 first incentive checks could be issued. What does this mean to me??? New Projects will be specified under the Impact study costs as a line item. In Flight projects will return under a new construction WR# returned to the same DPAM engineer to review and approve a cost. 34
